Koh Samui hotels

Koh Samui Island, located 700 km south of Bangkok in the province of Surat Thani, is regarded as the third largest island in Thailand.

 

Samui is rewarded with an idyllic tropical retreat with white-sand beaches, a sapphire-blue sea and an abundance of tantalising Thai cuisine. Its hinterland consists of forests hills of limestone and granite, and the shoreline is made up of countless palm-fringed beaches and bays. The most well known beaches are at Chaweng and Lamai on the east coast and  Bophut and Maenam, on the calmer north coast.

 

Samui's natural attractions include the coral beds at Laem Sed and Tong Takien, the Hin Lat and Na  Muang waterfalls and the phallic rock formations at the southern end of Lamai bay. With lots of excitements, water activities and scenic marine beauty, Koh Samui Island is a good place for making a perfect beach vacation.
